Search Terms
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain enough of it to understand and answer the request. We do not disclose that message outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Technical Data and Cookies
Routine page requests can create technical logs. Those logs may contain:
- the internet protocol address used for the request;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring page, when supplied; and
- request dates and timestamps.
Cookie Choices
Cookies may help measure how visitors move through the site. A browser can refuse or remove cookies, although some tools or preferences may behave differently after they are blocked.

Collected information supports a limited set of operational purposes:

Other Sites and Advertising
Links may lead to government release records, sheriff or corrections pages, court portals, and outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves, the destination's privacy terms apply. This site does not set those practices.
Some advertising partners may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That tracking occurs on their systems, not as a database maintained by this site.
When Data May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may pass to:
- search partners that process a submitted query;
- analytics providers measuring site use;
- advertising networks delivering ads; and
- law-enforcement or government authorities acting under a valid legal order.
Reasonable Security Measures
We use ordinary safeguards suited to a public website and review access to the systems we control. No internet transmission or connected service is fully secure, however, so we cannot promise that a breach or loss will never occur.
Adults Only
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted personal data may use the Contacts page to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request, you may ask to:
- receive a copy of personal information we hold;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information where required; or
- opt out of processing for which an opt-out right applies.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this privacy notice when practices or legal duties change. A revised version takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
