A released result does not promise indefinite visibility. The holding jail’s release or disposition record is stronger proof of its physical exit. The UJS docket is the durable source for bail, disposition, sentence, and later court orders. For state parole, the PA DOC Department Supervised Individual view can show an actual “Release Date.”
Note: An actual release event from one custodian can still be followed by transfer, parole, probation, or another legal hold.

The detail may show parole and inmate numbers, physical identifiers, the exact field “Release Date,” and a last-updated time. That value is an actual release into DOC-supervised status. It is not a projected date and does not say that supervision has ended.
Search both tools when a VINELink event names PA DOC or state parole. Match the inmate or parole number and date of birth where possible. If the person has fully completed DOC supervision, the public locator may no longer display a record. A missing DOC result is also expected for a county-only case. In either situation, the Susquehanna docket and the last custodian’s release record remain the better historical sources. County supervision questions belong with Susquehanna County Adult Probation, not the state parole system.
PA DOC can mark a Department Supervised Individual as a parole absconder. An absconder is a person alleged to have failed supervision requirements. That warning is a later enforcement status. It does not erase the earlier lawful release event or prove the person is currently confined.
